This is an atc for a dragon swap with ATC_World. I had a lot of fun doing this card. The background is a variety of paints, Making Memories acrylic paint, Making Memories glazes, glimmer mist. I stamped the bamboo image using a glue stamp and brushed Pearl Ex powders over it. The dragon was an image downloaded from the net that i've cut out, stamped and embossed. The chop is stamped and embossed. The quote says; 'The earth joins up with the dragon' and is a Chinese saying, meaning that it is raining.
